Many of the “plant based” foods and herbs we consume today are acidic.
And consuming acidic foods more than alkaline food serves believers no benefit on this wholesome journey in CHRIST.
Because in order to restore our physical health, we must take our bodies from an acidic state to a state of alkalinity- which I refer to as the “promise land.”
Maintaining an alkaline state in our physical body can be achieved by eating mainly alkaline foods & herbs, which also cultivates an internal environment viruses can not thrive in.
Keeping our bodies in an Alkaline state is how we sustain a resilient immune system and support a divine level of health care. Which is the highest level of self care and a posture the enemy doesn’t want us in.
Acidic foods may seem healthy, but they are not beneficial when it comes to sustaining, preventing and restoring our physical body from sickness, illness, chronic disease, and cancer.
